of hotels and lodges countrywide.
The
Per Person rate includes
* Arrival and departure transfers and airport assistance
plus porterage at the Airport.
* Accommodation in twin bedded rooms with private bath/shower
(whenever applicable
* All meals on table d’hôte except in Nairobi
where accommodation is based on bed and breakfast.
NB:
* Child rate is applicable when sharing with two adults
* Some lodges in Kenya (e.g. Treetops, The Ark) restrict
children to 7 years upwards.
The
Transportation rate includes:
* Exclusive
use of 9*seater/7*seater Safari cruiser (minibus) or 8*seater/7
window seats 4 wheel Drive vehicles with the services of
our very experienced driver/guide.
* 4 wheel drive is subject to availability at the time of
booking.
* One bottle of mineral water (half a litre) per person
per day when on safari only.
* All entrance fees where applicable, drivers allowance
and government surcharges.
NB:
Baggage whilst on safari should be restricted to one soft
bag of upto 15 kgs per person, suitcases may be deposited
in your hotel until return from safari.
NOT
included in Come Adventure Africa Tours and Safaris prices are:
* Any personal bills such as telephone, laundry, room service
and beverages with meals.
* Driver guides gratuities, which are at the discretion
of clients.
Couriers Free of Charge (FOC) policy
For every 15 full paying clients one bona fide tour leader
will receive a free per person charge, upto a maximum of
4 tour leaders, sharing 2 double rooms.
It is
important for you to note that the above quotes are based
on an EXCLUSIVE use of vehicle for your groups. In other
words, you will always have to pay the full rate for the
entire vehicle, disregarding the number of pax carried.
We recommend that you base your per person calculation of
5 pax or less per vehicle.
However,
Come Adventure Africa Tours and Safaris also provides an impressive range
of scheduled safaris, which you may book on a per seat basis.
